accept the following Rules & Regulations of Bharat Sevak samaj (BSS) to become BSS EDUCATOR for the period of ........................... to MAY 30, 20..
- BSS Educator is fully responsible for selection of Skilled Persons and Testing their skills through Resource Person. Based on the recommendation of BSS Educator, BSS is issuing the Skill Certificate to the skilled persons who underwent skill tests.
- Any legal dispute from Skilled Persons or any persons regarding skills or skill Certificate ,BSS Educator is fully Responsible. BSS or its employees never become responsible for any dispute. So BSS Educator shall be very careful in the selection process.
- BSS Educator should renew their Educatorship within May 30, every year.
- BSS Educator should obey all the rules and regulations of BSS , implemented then and there.
- BSS Educator will take class for International Certification Courses as per Norms given by BSS.
- If any deviation found in following BSS rules and regulations, BSS Educator will be removed from BSS activities without giving any notice.
